BEN NYE MAKEUP invited us once again to demo at their booth some of their NEW products over the 2 days at IMATS Vancouver.
Of course without hesitation we said yes, we'd love to.
Then reality hit, "What are we going to paint" 2 days, we want to make sure both days are different enough and different to what other artists would be doing.
After a lot of brainstorming over the summer, kayaking on the lake, we still had nothing.
Much later, about a week before the Event, we suggested 'Day of the Dead' themed Bodyart and Makeup - Dark, Skulls, Roses etc.
Then the single word 'SNAKE' was uttered.
From that we came up with 'Living Dead Tree' no snake, and for the second day 'Serpent Goddess' - (SNAKE).
