Since meeting Dana Nye a couple of years ago at a Pre-IMATS party hosted by Studio F/X, PAINTERTAINMENT have wanted to do some kind of collaboration with Dana and BEN NYE. This years IMATS Vancouver was the perfect venue.
Most of the demos we had seen at IMATS events were demos of Beautiful Makeup applications or amazing scary monster like characters using prosthetics and other Special Effects - We wanted to create something that would demonstrate what we do, show how versatile and easy BEN NYE cosmetics are to use, and at the same time stand out in a room filled with such talent.
The PEACOCK came to mind. Demonstrating BODYPAINT with custom made DECORATIVE ACCESSORIES, a combination/fusion PAINTERTAINMENT have become known for.
